Superb

Great business and family hotel. Good location.

The family room included access to the VIP lounge, which was very convenient for us with kids. The room was spacious and modern. The staff was very friendly. The variety for breakfast was huge.

The room was cold on a stormy December night.

Fine for a short stay

Clean and comfortable, bed and shower were great, the decor and theme worked well enough.

The skybar wasn't open, which would have been nice to know ahead of time - this was part of our reason for choosing this hotel so was kinda disappointing. We also inquired about an hdmi cable which they couldn't help us with as the business centre was apparently closed - i feel like they could have perhaps just gone and fetched it from the business centre after all. We also tried to order room service through the app advertised in the room, but it didn't work so we had to call a few times to get our order in. I feel like this hotel tries very hard to be modern and ultra functional but comes a little bit short. Had these above things been in order,.it would have been a great experience rather than just okay.

Great place to stay for a few days

The stuff was very friendly and gave information for transportation, see sights, even tried to book a restaurant. The room was very comfort with a view.

Breakfast was too expensive (30 per person)

Nice hotel in an industrial city

The fancy and extra ordinary design. Politics that gives you free drink if you ask not to clean your room if you are staying more than one day. Be careful you need to hang out of the door the sign before midnight otherwise you do not get the credit for the drinks. Mr. SAGHAR on the reception desk was extremely nice , kind and professional. He upgraded us , he tried to change our room when we thought that the heating is not working and also he brought a small heater to our room. We appreciate his behavior and we thank him.

Very modern and spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

Location is a little off but not too far. Only german channels available on the television without Netflix or casting options. Room temperature was a bit warm and the shower drain wasnt functioning well.

Nice and comfortabele rooms. Rich breakfast, with fresh made scrabble eggs. Entrance to rooftop bar, with great view over Frankfurt

Reception employees, sorry to say, especially the female, were unpolite and not very helpfull. A course in clientoriented communucation could be usefull!!!

If youre looking not just for a clean and nice stay, but also service: this is the place to be.

The staff!! It was amazing how friendly each and everyone of them was! Already while checking in and the checking out part cant be topped! Without going into details what has happened to me at the end of my stay, the staff reacted very empathetic and caring, which I will never forget. Thank you!
