My favorite stay in Madrid

Large adjoining rooms for my family. Very Clean and hotel seems new. Bus stop just outside hotel. Quiet residential area away from tourist chaos

Theres no kettle and plates and enough utensils in room. Also if theres laundromat in hotel, it would be perfect

Comfortable, very spacious and clean rooms

Very spacious, very clean and comfortable hotel rooms. Located at a residential area in Salamanca, its quieter and safe. Bus stop is just outside hotel, metro is 2 stops away. Just 20 mins away from center, we enjoy the city view on the bus ride. There are supermarkets, a cafe, laundromat nearby.

They need to provide a kettle for hot water, more utensils and plates. Maybe a self service laundromat inside hotel would make it even better.

Not so good experience

Location was excellent with gold connectivity.

The staff s attitude. They didn't make any effort to make us comfortable..they had room available for early check in which I had requested as well, they still charged me 30 extra for early check-in by 3 hours .they didn't even give me hot water kettle and said that since i have booked standard room , I am not eligible for kettle, I paid 330 for 2 nights which excluded breakfast. I felt it wasn't value for money.

This is a friendly and cozy hotel. It was so very good.

It was disappointing that parking in the underground parking lot was expensive. However, free parking is also available nearby.

Very good

The bathroom, which was larger than expected; I liked that rooms windows could be opened for fresh air. The gym room was also a pleasant surprise, I used it two times.

The price was a bit higher than expected.

Easy place to settle in for a visit to Madrid

Sweet neighborhood with small shops and restaurants close by. Short walk to the subway makes this a good location for visiting the city center. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The room is quite small (the bathroom has plenty of space!).

Hotel would be perfect with some small changes.

Hotel was clean. Location was good. Checking in and checking out process was quick and easy.

The breakfast was too expensive. The room was too hot and the temperature could not be lowered past 22 degrees which made sleeping uncomfortable. There was no tea and coffee making facility in the room.
