The lack of parking in a safe secure area and offloading your baggage from the street was a little dicey--especially in the rain...

We were glad we stayed at the hotel because of location, outstanding service, and terrific food.

All the staff we dealt with were friendly, professional and helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions about things to do in the area. The meals were excellent; we enjoyed breakfast and dinner, and the service was outstanding.

We were fine with everything.

Wonderful stay, perfect location with old town charm and service - lovely!

The staff was as friendly and helpful as I think I've ever experienced, from the restaurant to the check-in/out to the cleaning crew. Food was delicious, during our stay we ate at least once of each meal. Not a huge selection but sufficient and everything was delicious. Fabulous location. Loved that they had ski lockers (and boot heaters) since rooms are a bit on the small side, but within expectations given the historic nature of the building. Was perfect for us as first time visitors to Telluride, and great value compared to other options in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Would be great if option to include breakfast as part of hotel stay, with a little bit of savings. Only other suggestion that could make it better is if there were a way to have a hot tub, really miss that after full day of skiing.
