Absolutely fantastic!

Everything! The hotel was stunning. The architecture and history of the building was fascinating. The grounds were beautiful and the hotel was luxurious with incredible kitchen. Not to mention that all staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience and will be staying there again next time I got to Sutton Coldfield.

Fantastic couldnt fault it 10 out of 10!

We spent our 21 year wedding anniversary here and the service was exceptional. We loved everything about our stay. The food was outstanding. We had complimentary gifts of chocolates and wine and the spa treatments were absolutely fantastic. A big shout out to the lovely Immie who did my massage. All in all we had the best stay and will definitely be coming back to stay. Thank you xx

Beautiful building and gardens our room was exceptional the staff were very friendly couldnt do enough for you

We only had one issue the chateaubriand wasnt cooked properly and they couldnt rectify it but didnt charge us .
