The Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel provided stunning views and a great location near the lake. The rooms were spacious and had amenities like mini fridges and kettles. The breakfast was excellent and th (Read More)e staff provided thorough guidance for planning tours. The hotel was well-connected to Interlaken and other towns by bus and boat. The overall standards were good, although some felt that the price was high for the level of luxury. The hotel also helped organize a memorable wedding proposal.

Very poor

Location and view was amazing

It was the smallest hotel room I have ever lived in my life. I paid hefty amount for my stay but room size was too small that there was not enough space to walk even 3 steps. Hotel staff were impolite.

Our stay made perfect by the overlooking mountains and lake

We were so pleased that they gave us a room, as requested, overlooking the lake and the mountains.

We were so happy to see that every time we come home, beds were always fixed. However, we noticed that the juice glass we had the night we came, was still there until our last day. Perhaps, this was overlooked. But overall, we had an awesome stay and we will be booking again this when we visit in summer.

Fairy tale location, good breakfast and lovely room. I enjoyed a lot. Near Thun lake view.

Great location, fairy tale location, good break fast and lovely room. I enjoyed a lot. Near Thun lake looks amazing. Recommends everyone to stay there if you want good breakfast with lovely view. Bus pass has been provided us to Interlaken OST & Interlaken West. Nice...i will come again.

Superb

If I visit Interlaken again, alone or with family, I would stay again.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was always with a smile and helpfull. The location is more than perfect, the view just in front of the hotel, just near to the lake was wonderfull.

The room cleaning would be better but still 8/10 for cleaning.

-Close to the lake where we boarded the ferry to Interlaken West (hotel provided complimentary Guest Card which allowed us to take the ferry and bus for free) -Breathtaking mountain and lake views -Good breakfast with wide selection of local Swiss food and delicacies -Very accessible to and from the town proper -Very Friendly and accommodating staff.
