A good hotel in a nice location for walking into town and along the river.

Food was good quality

No spa facilities on premise, this is all provided through the sister hotel in a different area of Inverness which wasn't clear. Parking comes at an extra charge.

A beautiful place to stay.

This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. The staff are professional and helpful. It was very wheelchair friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Disappointing Stay

Accommodation and staff were fine

Food and drink were poor value for money. I was still hungry after the Christmas lunch at 125 per person. On check out another persons restaurant charges had been put on my room and credit card had been over charged

Arrived exhausted and left warm and fuzzy

The staff were so welcoming friendly and helpful. Great comfortable beds with good curtains for sleep after a long flight. Food excellent. This was a wonderful experience.

Loved the hotel, beautiful setting, provided comfort, cleanliness, great food and the staff were just the best very friendly and couldnt do enough for us.

Good for a short stay

Great service, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne, very helpful staff, we only stayed one night, but we enjoyed breakfast and the bar

Its a bit far from main town, a long walk, and the hotel its quite tight and small, at least the restaurant and bar area, didnt enjoy dinner that much, it wasnt great, but we had a nice time overall

We had a lovely welcome from all the staff. The Hotel is lovely and the room was very comfortable. We ate dinner in the Restaurant and it was excellent.
