Very bad experience. Ambience and hygiene are very poor. We booked deluxe room but they given us a dirty and lowest cost room. I think we are booked by online so, you provide us your minimum rate room. Rooms are very smell and dirty.

The hospitality of the staff was heartwarming. Very cordial behaviour.

The amenities of the room is inadequate in terms of power points, toilet, room decor etc. The room offered initially had a leaking tap with a bucket placed underneath to collect flowing water. On protest, the room was shifted but it appears that outlook of the interior was of olden type with no improvement what so ever.
