Location.... courteous staff... ambience outside the hotel...quick access to the main happening area...town hall and Valencia cathedral and everything!!!! Train station was just 7 min drive

Perfect. Everyone visiting Valencia should stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Location superb, staff friendly and good food. The room (penthouse) was fantastic but what really stands out is the service, especially from the reception team. Silvia G M really made us feel very welcome and appreciated from day 1 to the end. We felt very valued and well looked after - starting from welcome drinks and chocolate and a gift for a very minor inconvenience (which they solved for us in hours!) and breakfast was cooked to perfection. We will definitely visit Valencia and Silvias team again.

Nothing. We seriously considered staying an extra few days because of the hotel and services provided.

Very friendly receptionist Gaby, fulfilled our requests. Location in the city center, just a few steps away from the Central market. Refill coffee & water every day.
