Very good

Generally satisfactory besides the wifi facility.

Breakfast at the coffee shop just a few feet outside the hotel but close quite early at 5:00 pm. Dinner at another shop just a few meters away. Also quite near to UNIMAS where I attended the course and grab service is easily available.

WIFI was down at my room. I had to go down to the reception lobby to get access to internet.

Nothing...will not stay here anymore

Book with booking.com with nice price but not nice room n facilities you get. This hotel horrible... I got not nice facilities with broke shower and not clean bedsheet. Suddenly the bell ringging n no one outside room. And i also got the broken room door lock.. can't use by card but use by keys..and hard to open the door...very poor service...horrible hotel ever ..

Superb

Great for me!

I liked at how spacious the room was and it didn't feel cheap! I appreciate how the towels quickly dried me after a shower, so I felt it was a good choice.

While it was cozy, the walls of my room had cracks. It was okay for me since the room was great but it might be a deal breaker for other people.

Bad experience check in

Location nice . It's easy to find muslim restaurants and the food court is nearby.

The staff is very rude. There is no room service unless requested.. I don't realise i have to request for room service. So i told the staff my room is not clean . He said, You have to request only then the cleaner will clean. He showed me a sour face and walked away. The counter lady is busy with her call , and I have to wait for check in . She is not friendly and does not even give a welcome smile to the new guest.
