Not sure how its got such good reviews

There is no sound proof for this hotel. You can feel the metro go past every time in your room. Can also hear people from upstairs moving chairs and outside talking. Room smells of smoke despite no smoke sign inside. Shared bathroom is not clean.

I spent Christmas there with my boyfriend, as we decided to spend it as tourists in Lisbon, and we totally loved the whole experience, and I am more than happy to explain why. First of all, we easily left the luggage at the reception even before our check in and went to explore the city. As the hotel is situated in its center, it took not a lot of time to access the city sightseeings, so we spent our first day mostly outside. Second of all, when we came back to the hotel, we realized that the room was prepared for us even in advance and the receptionists gave us all the accesses. I totally loved that the reception worked 24h per day and how much welcomed we were overall. To sum up, the room itself exceeded my expectations, as it was more spacious, bright, clean and comfortable than I imagined. The bed was super comfortable, the TV was working perfectly, so we had an opportunity to enjoy an after Christmas movie night, watching the Harry Potter movies. The bathroom was clean and nice, we even had an air conditioner and our own small terrace. At the reception on the 3rd floor we used the coffee machine twice while having our breakfasts. It was nice to have an opportunity to eat somewhere outside the room as well as being able to choose within several coffee flavors which there were at the machine. The hotel also had a breakfast option, but we did not use it. To conclude, for the last minute reservation at booking.com this experience was just perfect, and I hardly could wish anything more than that. Thank you so much for having us and happy upcoming New Year!

The people of the Charm Lisbon suites was really kind and always ready to help you. Room was fine and everyday clean. I suggest it to all the visitors of Lisboa . The problem was the area . Not clean not safe. We saw also one drunk man try to steal to women in front of our eyes around 20:00 the evening.

The area was the only problem . Not safe , especially after 19:00-20:00 o'clock. You have really to take care.

Limited to one coffee and one tea bag per stay. Really strict on check in times. It was 2.55 and had to wait till 3.00.

Very good

The room was basic but had everything I needed.

No mirror above dressing table to put makeup on. Not enough hunger for clothes. Only given 1 tea and coffee sache for the whole of my stay. Which was terrible as when I asked for more they said there would be extra cost. Fridge in room would have been a bonus. On a very busy main road noise from traffic constant. Woken a couple of times by sirens which which are frequently going past day and night.

Superb

The communication with staff was great both before I got there and while we were there. The room we had was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The balcony was great for people watching. It was near the metro making it easy for us to get back to the airport.

Nothing not to like. Value for money in Lisbon.
