Superb

Comfortable accommodation kept immaculately clean, and nice and warm

Excellent location for us visiting family. Morag is always very helpful and keeps the place spotless. The lounge area with a fridge is very useful and comfortable.

We prefer the double room as the twin beds were a bit soft but we were a bit late in booking.

Nice quiet hotel for a night stay close to Inverness

The hotel was very clean and they seating area was nice. The beds were very comfortable and bedding was super soft and the bedrooms were well equiped with a kettle and microwave. One of our bedrooms also included a mini fridge which was useful. The wifi works great.

The town did not have any restaurants or pubs nearby. There is no drying rack for plates or cuterly, which is not ideal when doing dished after eating.

Cleanest hotel

Very clean. Easy access. Everything we needed.

It was so hot! Radiator was on full blast! We turned it down and opened window but couldn't sleep as too hot.

A great place to stay, thank you for your Hospitality.

The room was very clean, spacious, and very welcoming. Liked the fact there is a microwave, crockery, and cutlery in the room. The refreshments tray was lovely. It was in a very quiet location, and self check in makes it very easy upon arrival and also self check out too. Would highly recommend this place to stay. I would definitely be back to stay here.

Not that I wanted to put any dislike on here, so I can only say there would be only one small thing, and that was it was a shame there was not a small fridge in the actual room itself, and that would make everything perfect for the stay. I understand there is a communal fridge. However, when you maybe wanting a drink or something cold to eat, late at night or early morning it means you have to get dressed to go to the fridge. It would be nice not to have to leave your room. This comment does not in any way deter how good the room is. Overall, the comment itself is just what could be improved to make 100% perfection.

Good value basic comfortable rooms. Location and lack of breakfast might not suit everyone.

Good value. My room on the second floor was clean and comfortable, and fairly spacious. Not what I would call stylish but practical. Kettle, microwave, cutlery. The fridge and extra tea and coffee bags in the communal room (which had a large table) were very handy- though I didnt actually know about this room until the second morning when the friendly manager told me in passing that could be highlighted more in the room information and in the foyer. I was fine with entry via the code, and the car parking wasnt full when I was there. By car close to pubs and restaurants in Beauly.

The location and lack of breakfast weren't ideal. It would in particular not be ideal for those who are light sleepers. I was OK but there is some traffic noise fairly late and quite early it being on a crossroads, even with the windows closed. Also it would not be good for those looking to eat or go for a drink within easy walking distance rather than driving (to Beauly which has more). The Co-op opposite is great, but there arent really any restaurants for eating out (though there is a fish and chip shop nearby), and the only nearby pub is clearly only intended for locals (no real info online and it had a locked door the evening I tried it I later noticed locals knocking to get in). I didnt spot the cafes mentioned in the information (one at least wasnt open on Sunday morning). There was a large green light on the ceiling continuously which would keep some awake

Superb

Very nice hotel and lovely lady.

The bed, furnishings and facilities. I especially liked the artwork, imagery from different scenes along with a note to explain where you can view it for real.

The overall layout of the hotel and how it's built. Although the lovely lady in charge was extremely helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get to our room.
