Nice location, private room, pre-hospital visit

Beautiful room in a nice location. We needed a place to stay ahead of a hospital visit - Churton Park is handy to where we needed to go (Crofton Downs). It was good to have acces to Netflix so we could keep our minds on other things. The bathroom was gorgeous. Loved the shower. We liked that room had its own access. Vishnu was very accommodating and brought us some milk when we asked for some to make a couple of cuppas.

We could hear everything going on in the main house... a child who would cry/scream at times, doors opening and closing, muffled conversations. We weren't sure if they could hear us seeing as we could hear them. We made sure to be quite and keep the telly down. The smell of curry cooking wafting from underneath the door connected to the main house was a bit off-putting

Excellent.

The accommodation was excellent and as expected. The location was very close to family and excellent for travel into central Wellington. Our host was very prompt responding to messages and very helpful when out key became stuck in the door. Definitely would stay again.

Exceptional

Didn't stay long enough to get a full appreciation of stay, but very nice home.

Very nice home in a nice location with great facilities. Very comfortable and warm. Very modern and extremely clean. Bathroom was very impressive with beautiful fixtures and fittings.

Not a lot of amenities around here. Have to travel a distance to dine out. Did have a New World supermarket and a couple of takeaways 2min drive from here though.

Very good

Very comfortable and cozy room, well presented. Clean and very new

Garden was nobody there. A second chair would have been nice so we can eat together. In addition, bedside tables and lamps are missing. it was also a pity that we didn't get to know the hosts even though they were at home???

Part of a dwelling so easy to hear through walls and woken by children crying. Would have been good to have small bottle of milk rather than the plastic pods - better for environment..

Not relaxing.

The room was nice, as pictured.

Loud droning noise like the bass of an idling truck above bed, stopped only at 1130pm. Kid was crying multiple times throughout evening and is very disturbing. 430am kid woke up screaming and then crying loudly. I can sympathise with the need to earn additional income and raise a family, it must be tough, but it is not a restful experience for guests. Suggest noise proofing the room for added comfort. Also, the wardrobe had half empty, and empty bottles of liquor, were they for me? Why should I trust that? No communication as to what these are doing in the room. Also, half empty bottle of wine.. no thanks. Appreciate it may be an added comfort for guests but it can't be sanitary.
