New Year's Eve Stay

Staff was super friendly. Location is great. Interior of the lobby is very modern.

The room was a bit tight but the architect did a great job using every possible inch of it.

Very nice stay in a superbly located hotel, despite some issues.

Very nice rooms, quiet and clean. Location is superb, next to the city center and with public transportation right out of the door. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very helpful on the last day when we forgot the headphones in the room.

The breakfast room was not fit for purpose (it was a lounge) and it was a little bit crowded. On the last day, the whole hotel had to be evacuated at 2am due to a fire alarm (I found out at check out that it was someone smoking in the parking). However, the staff did not direct us or give us any info during the evacuation nor during the return to the rooms.

Very good. Fulfilled my expectations and had everything we needed.

Great service, very happy with the parking garage too. Room was small but perfectly comforting and hygienic.

No complaints whatsoever.

Noisy trams all night... I was granyed. Quiet room when booking Yet received noisiest 1st floor. So no service for customers...

Super Good Hotel!

1. Unbeatable location - Frankfurt Main, just minutes away from Rmerberg, tram station across the street, bridge and financial district just a few blocks away. Short walk from Gaststtte Atschel 2. Extremely friendly staff 3. Nice lounge area 4. Skyline view could be an added bonus 5. Family friendly feel

The room felt a bit small, but thats probably expected because of such central location of the hotel.

Disappointing

Rooms reasonably comfortable.

Fire alarm at 2.30am in the morning, being kept awake by loud music from a local techno bar until 3.30am. Staff being unhelpful when I complained about it. No phone in hotel rooms to call down to reception / no answer when trying to call from my mobile so I had to go down to complain in my pjs, not impressed.

Location was great.

One member of the front desk staff was quite short and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Staff didnt communicate with guests and didnt offer any kind of apology or acknowledgement we had all been roused out of bed at 2am and made to wait in the freezing cold for an hour. They also never came out and told everyone to come in. We had to just follow the crowd
