The only downside mentioned was the expensive extras. Highly recommended overall.

Wonderful facilities and spa, fun weekend!

Stunning hotel, very well decorated. Fabulous spa facilities. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

The room was slightly hot but easily fixed.

Poor

For an expensive room, it was really really poor!! Not clean, and paint falling off walls

Stunning building, lovely quiet location. Cant fault the appearance. Staff on check in, and breakfast were great. Check out staff didnt take my complaints at all seriously

My room really wasnt cheap, but it was very small and in bad condition. Paint peeling off walls, scuff marks and stains by the bed on the wall. Radiator was off when I arrived, and even after turning on, the room did not warm up. Real shame. On check out I relayed all this, but the receptionist did not address anything, just stated shed pass on the message. Really disappointing

Stunning Hotel, great value for money with a lovely Spa, I will definitely be going back

The Hotel was stunning, my room surpassed all expectations, the staff were great, room service on what's app, lovely breakfast, drinks selection was spot on and the Spa was perfect, especially liked the steam room.

Nothing, as far as I am concerned my stay was perfect.
