Comfortable stay

It's a place to get away from a big city and relax. Most guests adhere to the rules and respect the other guests, available staff, and facilities. Service pets aren't allowed in the swimming pool area and at the very least, should be leashed or at arm's length of its owner within the property grounds. Children are allowed in the swimming pool area with age requirements.

Not the hotel's managements fault, mostly problems with a few guests. During our stay, a few guests didn't follow the rules at all. I love dogs and children but a pet owner left her small dog alone in the garden/firepit before bringing the dog along with her in the pool area . She went off to chit-chat away with another guest by the jacuzzi for approximately two hours. Within minutes the dog noticed me swimming, then ran up and barked at me aggressively while I was swimming in the pool. Thankfully the dog's owner called the pet away but didn't apologize to me or my guest. I was aggravated. The other guest was in the jacuzzi for hours (time limit is posted in the pool area) on end, while her small children were in the shallow end of the swimming pool until closing hours. Parents should be at least be arm's length from their children, especially if the children are underage and plan on breaking the rules

Requested to have rooms on the same booking moved closer, but the front desk person didn't seem to be willing to help. She told us to use the same name for each room when booking next time, even though I already mentioned that we prefer rooms closer on booking.com!

Great getaway for fun and relaxation

Clean, and close to activities and other necessities. A lot of great places to eat nearby and close to the highway as well. Id recommend for vacation or even a quick get away. Nice staff and very comfy.

Wonderful place to be for our stranding!

We had car issues over the holiday and had a bit more of a stay than intended. A great place to do so and great staff. Thanks Emi, Vince and all the staff. Very comfortable and of course love the pool!
