Value for money that you paid!!!

Promptness in completing your requests .

Breakfast was just okay. Not that great!! Bath towels and pillows were dirty in one of the rooms, but were promptly replaced as soon as I reported.

It was good but could be better rather best if response of restaurant staff would have been better.

Staff at the restaurant was not responding to the demand. On requesting twice, the ordered breakfast was served. However, it is good in taste.

Response of staff could be bettered with proper soft skill training.

Highly disappointed. The rooms have ants all over the room even in the washroom. The staff told me to change my room and the other room had the same problem. There were insects and mosquitoes all over the place. When I asked the manager to connect me to the owner of the property he lied to me saying that he is out of town for a vacation. The next morning the owner is present at the property but the staff and manager are not letting me meet him and convey my grievances. Highly unprofessional staff, property not maintained. Although the property is just 6 months old, there are footprints on the walls of the room which are not cleaned and left as it is. Even the breakfast area had ants all over the tables and chairs l. How can a person eat where there are ants roaming on the dining table. I would not recommend this property to anyone not even to people looking for a budgeted stay because hygiene and good staff, infact honest and truthful staff is more important than money.
