Hotel was ok, but wouldnt stay in this area again.
The location was great for train travel, even though the area was very unattractive with lots of weird people hanging about. The room was spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and the windows were able to be opened to let in fresh air.
The lighting in the room was terrible especially in the bathroom. The shower recess was extremely small and I think the room we had needed new carpet as there was a musty smell. The hotel advertises that it has a bar, but it is only open from 12pm to 3pm from memory. It is a lovely space but what is the point if it is only open for such a short time. We were told there was a bar and restaurant at Flemings express a short distance away but we didnt feel like walking around such a dodgy area in the evening.

Convenient and comfortable location near the train station
1. Spacious hotel room. The room is really spacious w/ spacious bathroom as well. There's even a tiny walk-in closet where you could store your luggage/clothes. 2. Convenient location. Location is beside the central station. Really really convenient. 3. They serve breakfast at around 630AM - this is a very big plus for morning people. And they have a wide selection too.
1. No ramp from main road to the reception area (not that I carried my luggage). This is quite a hurdle, particularly if you have heavy bags. 2. No view from the window. Just the side/back of the train station w/ passersby.

Clean, comfortable and great location
The room's were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location for the train station was excellent, literally across the street.
One of the staff members wasn't very helpful and put our two rooms on different floors. We asked another gentleman and he was lovely and managed to get us interconnecting rooms which was fantastic. The area near the station has a few people loitering around but if you're street smart and stick together it's fine.
