Exceptional

Luxury fully equiped room.

The room was on the 27th floor with a partial ocean view. It was spacious, the kitchen was fully equiped, the bed was in a separate room, there was a little balcony. The lifts were quick and the gym and pools were great. It was close to a small set of shops that had everything you need.

We really enjoyed the view of sea and city from our room and deck. However, not cleaned properly.

Amazing view from the suit,

Not cleaned enough. Bathtub was very dirty with hair strands on the floor, not vacuumed properly, I could see the small piece of papers on the floor. Kitchen cup boards were not wiped, phone and lamps were dusty. Bed side table wasnt wiped, few drops of sticky stuffs. Mirror was smeary.

The view from the 37th floor was excellent, spacious balcony, well-equipped kitchenette, large bed, nice jacuzzi, helpful staff. We were allowed to keep our car in the parking after the check out.

We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi on any of the 2 phones. I called twice the guest assistance, but the problem wasn't solved. Apart from this, nothing to our inconvenience.

Incredible property, great location, the nicest staff available and amazing facilities

Everything offered was of hight standard. From the accomodating staff to the facilities. Location is fantastic and anywhere you want to go is a short tram ride away

The outside pool needed to be cleaned either more frequently or more in depth. There was visible scum growing on the waterline of the pool and debris on the bottom. Obviously things that come as a price of having an outdoor pool but not a problem at all
