Very good

Very good would stay again.

Location good 30 minutes walk to main square but enjoyable. Walked to most attractions, Wawen Castle, schindlers museum, main square and shopping centre.

Pool area quite busy. Lots of kids.

Very disappointed hot water is a minimum in a hotel

I must admit to being totally disappointed at the service and lack of support provided by Hotel.

There was no hot water available and we had no explanation or apology. Im disgusted to say the least, had previously used Mercury In Cardiff weekly for all my work travel, hence paying additional for an upgrade. I expected the same level of service in a European hotel, very upset. Also only water beakers and no glasses even in a kitchen, they then had the audacity to charge for a champagne glass !!!!

Superb

The absolute marvel is full size swimming pool, saunas, salt room. Location among new buildings - Fabryczna business park - all looked rather impressive. The building is in place of the former distillation factory. There are fragments of old installations in adjacent museum and restaurants. Very clean hotel and its surroundings. Although the hotel is a bit remote, it has very good connections by trams to city centre: tram stop 300 m. Trams 22,1,14 roughly every 5 minutes. Room very quiet.

Textile free sauna would benefit by introducing designated few hours weekly only for same gender or only for adults. Breakfast quality does not justify its high cost. This in tandem with relative remoteness of the hotel was the only real drawback, however small.

Enjoyable stay in contemporary hotel

Hotel reception area was contemporary and modern. Pool area was outstanding restaurants in the complex were varied and of good standard and value

Breakfast room was exceptionally busy and chaotic. Not enough coffee mugs available. Difficult to get table for 5 ( we tried different less busy times too) Toiletries in standard double room sparse- no shower cap, no body cream

A great hotel for business trip.

A great business hotel. I had a project in the business park and the hotel had everything I needed to work. I enjoyed the hotel restaurant, but there are more eating places near by with a good selection of food.

If somebody wants to do sightseeing, this hotel is located some distance away from the Old Town.

Lovely stay

Friendly staff, lovely, clean room. Really nice breakfast, with great choice of food and beverage. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and sauna area. All nicely decorated for Christmas period. Complimentary instant coffee, teabags and bottled water. Some prompting on being green re towels and room cleaning - good to see.

a little issue with the toilet, which I reported and I'm sure it will be rectified There were packets of instant coffee and tea bags in the room but no milk I would like to see a shelf/somewhere to put toiletries in the bathroom.
