Missed flight - I ended there by accident but too expensive for the value

Friendly front desk team, nice location in the small pedestrian street

The room was overpriced and so small : 2 times the usual price due to Xmas market ! The room was awfully small and the people did not want to apply my all accor membership although price I paid for a night was 340 euros !!! Just because I booked it via Booking.com

Beautiful ambience and comfortable accommodation

The property is in a lovely location, the alley is gorgeous and was a beautiful first impression. Breakfast was lovely and bar service great. Reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area

Location is great

The cleanliness could be improved. The duvet was awful - they gave me 2 small ones instead of 1 for me - quite disappointing. When I checked in the room facilities (toilet) werent cleaned properly. Disappointing for a hotel from the Accor chain. They staff had no idea what an alcohol swab is and didnt know what a first aid kit is. (Minor inconveniences but they do put a damper of your stay)

Sastisfying and relaxing.

The main bonus for this hotel is the location and proximity to metro stations. The room has a classic design as in the pictures, but some furniture is a bit old and it could need a new reconditioning. The breakfast was of good quality and plenty to choose. Hotel staff very friendly. Will visit again because of the location.

Disappointing

The hotel has a great convenient location, not far from the city centre. Good parking, wide spaces and convenient entry and exit. However, it's worth noting that there is no lift between the car park and the hotel. So you have to climb 2 floors by stairs. Delicious coffee in the restaurant for breakfast, breakfasts are also good, but the choice is small, although you won't go hungry.

The hotel is very old, in need of repair and renovation. The price does not match the quality at all. But during the check-out there was a very interesting situation, the Madam at the reception wanted us to pay an additional 60 euros. I should note that we were with a dog for which we paid separately and paid for 2 days in the car park during check-in. When I told the receptionist about this again, she started saying that it was not in the payment system and she did not know how many nights we were there. How is that possible? I showed her the payment confirmation from Internet banking and asked her to call the hotel administrator. The Madam abruptly changed her language from English to German and started pretending that she didn't speak English well. She wanted an additional 60 euros. After I emphasised 20 times in a row that I had paid everything at the time of check-in, the madam with a disgruntled face said okay, that's all, goodbye. Therefore, I want to emphasise that you should not be afraid to defend your right and do not throw away the receipt for parking or for the stay of a pet.

Nice, historic place, perfectly situated (with a few minor issues); would come again anytime!

Comfortable room with adequate decor; nice ambience, flair and architecture throughout the whole hotel; nice staff; good breakfast. Perfect location both in its immediate surroundings (Snnhof "courtyard" - it is a long narrow courtyard - has a really nice, secluded flair and makes you feel comfortable immediately; at the same time, it is a side alley to Landstraer Hauptstrasse, which means you are in a lively part as well) and within Vienna (10min on foot to Wien Mitte - City Airport Train connection; 5min to Rochusmarkt subway station; 15min per public transport to Westbahnhof or Hauptbahnhof).

The bathroom had a few issues (door squeaked a little too much; showerhead couldn't be attached properly; temperature regulation was weird - however, the water was warm immediately, so no problem here!).
