Disappointing

The buffet and breakfast were decent

The staff didnt speak English and everything was closed except the hotel receptions lounge (our hotel didnt even have staff or reception, I am referring to nearby hotels receptions)

Exceptional

Excellent. Highly recommended for family trip and kids friendly.

Staff was excellent. The chef Yanne from Finland was also very friendly. Location is fantastic. Service is super awesome. Place is clean and family friendly.

The place is very very big to walk around. One might get lost walking around having fun. :) would be great to see information counters around the place so we can enquire more about the places and where to go next.

Bana hills light up was awesome. Comfortable. Separated cable car for hotel customer.

Breakfast service wasn't well organized, very crowded. December may be not a good period for visit. It was rainy all day, and some service cannot operated such as alipine coaster.

Very good

The place is a theme park. The French Village setting is very nicely done. All buildings look good.

Indoor theme park is very basic. But everything is free. Buffet was very crowded, although the spread was wide. Room price is very high by Vietnam standards.
