Exceptional

Excellent Hotel Great staff Great value for money spent.

Hotel is clean and safe and is great value for the price. Julie and Mathew are first class and always welcome and make sure that all is what it should be during your stay. The food is of a high quality and served in a timely manor with the waiters and waitresses making sure that all is okay from the moment you walk in to the dinning area to the the time you leave. I have never had a bad meal and always plenty on the plate. The rooms that I have stayed in are of a good standard and always fresh a clean.

Okay and clean enough

Lovely room. Lovely view. Free parking. The food was lovely.

Booked mainly at this price opossed to cheaper hotels to use the hottub and sauna. We were not able to use this as it was being cleaned out. There were lots of doors banging shut from around 6.30am which woke me with a start. Very dusty light bulb and very thin small towels.

Lovely staff, good location, clean and hassle free.

More power points. there was none near the bed, just a double near the kettle. Being picky I realise, but creaky floor boards meant that a neighbour, ? directly above, walking around at 3 am made significant noise.

Another very pleasant stay and will certainly visit again.

This was my second visit to the Membly Hall hotel. It has a beautiful location with views across the bay and to Pendennis castle. The hotel is blessed with an enclosed seating area to sit and admire the view with a drink. It is a great base for exploring the local area and is in easy walking distance from the harbour and main shopping area. Breakfast is very good and the staff are, as usual, excellent being friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about, really.
