The Meininger Hotel Amsterdam Amstel has nice rooms and a good breakfast. It is recommended for families and is clean and safe. Our 2 day stay @ Meininger

We liked the way we were welcomed and taken care off at the reception

The first day we went to breakfast, we taught it was untill 11. We got there at 10.16, the lady could have act differently, so we left. BUT, the next day we had great breakfast.

It was fun!

Clean and good location and all the workers are nice. All the games in the lobby (2,50-3).

You have no privacy in the room. Beds could use some curtains.

Well connected: right next to metro/bus station (and only 20 mins from Crentral Station). Very comfortable, kitchen furnished with all the necessary to cook (oven, fridge) and the water fountain was very appreciated! We could leave our bags for the day. The room was cozy and well equipped too!

service and location is good.

I lived in room 625 and I put my luggages under the bed because the box for luggages is too small. However, I think the floor under the bed is quite dirty and my luggages were contaminated by something disgusting like vomit. The cleaness of the room should be improved.

Excellent

The hotel was amazing, very neat and clean, and spacious. The location is excellent, very close to Amsterdam Amstel Station, cafes, mini market, restaurants, etc. They staff was very nice, and even allowed me to have early check-in (11 am in the morning).

Far from city Center, shared room not recommended, excellent breakfast

Breakfast was wonderful

The shared room was quite tight, without any locker, Id like to have access to free or very cheap bike rental.
