Very good

The room and breakfast were great. Recommended. The parking garage is very tiny. Wellness (Sauna) is a bit overcrowded, and the staff is not checking if we need more water or glasses. The only minus was that the cleaning lady woke us up at 8 AM on Saturday. She knocked on everyone's door on our floor to ask if we needed cleaning.

Fine facilities. Good quality of the hotel.

Breakfast is not varied - not much selection. Often was cold. Catering staff takes extra time to register the visitors when coming to breakfast and clean/serve the tables. Sauna is only opened during selected times (in the evening) - no possibility to use in the morning after gym.

Excellent room and breakfast

Room was so huge and big bedroom. t was clean and comfortable. Also breakfast was wonderful.

I didn't check parking area it was free or paid. Couse until the this hotel it was free. Anyway I put garage and nobady tell me this with paid. And for a one Day they asked 26 . I think it is not a fair price

Great hotel in a great location with super service!

Location is perfect as its close to tram stations and metro and there are a number of good local restaurants around in walking distance. The rooms were great, clean and had everything you need. The breakfast was really good, with a great selection and good quality. I'll now look out for similar hotels in this group, their service and quality were really top class, thanks!

Short but very pleasant vacation

The staff was super pleasant and helpful, from the time you are treated at the front office and specially Ms. S Badr for her support with our allergy and pillow requirement to the house keeping and attentiveness to special details to the staff in the breakfast area who new that we were gluten intolerant and prepared our bread every day and the help that we got from all specially Munzer It only reflects a great management to every detail.

Very good

Newly equipped hotel with spacious hallways, a bar and wooden panel flooring in rooms. Although away from the city centre, the tram and metro stops located within 10 minutes walk would reach the city centre within 30 minutes. Does not seem as an area to experience as a tourist at night, hence the hotel bar is an advantage.
