Pleasant

Unique accommodations and friendly staff.

Loved the design and the layout of the hotel. It has a very Alpine like feel to it. If it was booked to capacity, parking may have been tight but in January it was ample.

It would have been great to see it in all of its splendor. The building definitely needs some upkeep.

The weekend was very nice. Quaint hotel that was so convenient.

the owner was awesome. So accommodating to us and our group.

The property is a little dated. Very cute but dated nonetheless.

Came down for a weekend wedding and loved staying here

Loved the charm of feeling like I am in a Switzerland village, and the rocking chairs out on the decks. How close it is to downtown Eureka Springs.

Parking felt limited.

It was great. Affordable, friendly, clean and the location was perfect

It was very clean. Owner was extremely friendly.

Beds were a little hard but I prefer a squishy bed. Not a big deal.

Perfect accommodations!

The room was great, very clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Chris was a wonderful host, very friendly! Location was perfect for walking to the downtown area and the trolley was located right across the street. We would highly recommend this!

Our stay was amazing.

The Suite room was amazing. The Manager was very nice and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer. We were very comfortable staying at the Eureka Matterhorn Towers. Thank you so much Chris!

There was nothing we didn't like; other than having to leave and continue on our travels.
