There is a sauna room and few guest use it. The view is good.

Breakfast is the worst, the kitchen didnt prepare enough food to the amount of customers. And the flavor is not that good. The bar is always closed and there arent enough staff to serve.

Beautiful location, nice accommodation, great big rooms.

Everything was great, except the cleanliness of the room left a little to be desired. The views, gardens, pools and location were all wonderfully relaxing.

The rug hadn't been vacuumed. The bathroom had a 3 inch dead cockroach by the bath which could be seen from the glass partition in the bedroom. The glass was dirty and the external surface of the bath was dirty. There was a clear sticky pad, that someone had removed from a new bathing suit (that the shops put in the groin area of new bathing costumes) stuck to the sliding door inner side of the bathroom.

Paid for a resort and got horrible service.

Nice pool and view

There was mold in my room, slept there for one night, and now I have a sore throat and a fever. Told the staff about it, didnt offer to change rooms or upgrade. There was poop stains on the bed comforters. Stains on the windows, pillows, chairs, shower curtains. For a resort thats four years old, very disappointing.

Superb

Well placed pleasant hotel. Hope to visit again when there is not a mini typhoon.

Excellent location and staff were courteous, friendly and competent. Room well appointed with everything good quality and working properly.

Only issue was the weather in the morning which meant breakfast capacity was too low for the number of guests. HOwever, the staff fielded things well and the breakfast was good once we got to it.

Quite location and beautifully kept garden

Although quite, the location is still visually penalised by the very busy maritime transit close to coast of big container ships and cargos. Transportation to town center is only by taxi and often required more waiting time for pickup than expected.

clean, spacious rooms with lovely views. food was fairly good, staffs are well-trained

when I contacted the resort via booking, they said they didnt have room for drivers. when I checked in, the reception offered us driver room with low price but we already booked another hotel for our driver
