It was terrible as they did not give us our booked room and give us lame excuse for it
The idea of integrity really make you question this hotel. I would say that I did not meet our expectation because it wasn't what it had shown to us. Our first day from a three days stay was terrible. Not only were we not given the room we was promised but we were given a degraded version of what's was booked. The staff promised us another room the day after and it was still not the room we wanted. The excuse given was nonsensical and make you wonder whether they really care for their customers or not. Hell, even the idea of the hotel's reputation was foreign to them I think. At the second and third day we gave up and just stay in the room given, atleast it was better than before. However, the toilet was dirty, not filthy, as you can see dark spots on the toilet lit and for some reason the bathroom floor felt slimy. Truly, this hotel in my experience, has no integrity for their customers.

It was nice but will I repeat? No.
Location is very strategic, many fast food restaurants and very near to lrt station. Near to masjid jamek and padang merdeka can even walk there. If you dont plan to go far, no need to rent a car. Staffs were very helpful. Left a wallet in a room after checked out, still allowed us to check the room. Got room service too and well air-conditioned.
Cleanliness was so-so. Found hair on floor right after the first day we enter the room. Room with no window but the price is abit too pricey. Dirty bed sheet and room a bit smelly, not enough lighting I dare say. The staff said got public parking and we had to pay rm30 each day for 3 days dont rent a car overnight peeps. To be honest, this place is suitable for travelling not for leisure yep.
