Very good

It is on the trolley system.

The little buildings scattered around kept me confused about which direction to walk. The motel charged $28 for parking, and the parking was tight (not spacious).

Very good

I loved the location and how the hotel was set up. Reminded me of an apartment complex, in a way. The breakfast was awesome as well.

I didn't like that our room wasn't ready when we went to check in. I believe we were 2 hours past the check in time, and they had to get our room ready.

New Orleans Christmas visit.

Location to streetcar stop, and quiet area.

The height of the bed. Needed a stool, hotel did not have one.

It felt like a Motel on Chef Menture hwy way overrated and definitely should not be on St Charles I guess I expected more the bathroom I didn't even feel comfortable taking a shower just rest for the night and left

Very pretty grounds and the staff were all very friendly

I didnt like the fact that you have to pay an additional fee for parking. I can understand if it were a property that was not inside the hotel grounds. I also do like the fact that Im having to wait multiple days for my security deposit to be credited back to my account. I pay that in the beginning so they have their money upfront but now I have to wait several days to get my money back and in the mean time they are using my money

Disappointing, unsafe, aggresive staff.

The online pictures were the only thing that look good, but its not what it looks like.

Dont stay here even if its your last option. Staff was very rude and disrespectful. The make you commit to a $250 fee if damages on top of $100 deposit and $38 parking fee. Check their negative reviews, Im not the only one saying it. Didnt feel like a good environment. Very Rude staff, aggressive, loud, terrible service. I felt I was speaking to an aggressive man from the street, he has not manners and was very aggressive. Not a good area, its next door to a homeless community, far from main tourist streets. Because of how unsafe I felt with the staff at this Hotel I dont think I want to visit New Orleans again. I ended up staying at the Holiday Inn, a little higher price, but better service and way better hotel and experience. Still working on my refund, which they are denying, no one should have to be force to pay for a place where they are treated poorly and feel unsafe.

Breakfast was pleasantly surprising. Loved the fresh fruit and the omelette. Lovely coffee and great service.

Exceptional

Great staff.

Staff was very accomodating. They let us use hot tub after hours. This was essential for our impression of setting the tone of our opinion of property. My partner was feeling exhausted and achy and the hot tub really helped.

The shower curtain fell down on the spring rod when towels were put on it.
