Very convenient for the airport.

It was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Breakfast was good. Staff were always very friendly and ready to help and spoke excellent English.

I felt at home here, thanks to the amazing staff

Best thing about the hotel are the staff! Javier has been in the bar and restaurant for the many years I have been going to Congresos Hotel. He is an amazing asset to your company. So too is the General Manager Andres Vales who knows exactly how to run a successful hotel. Customer Satisfaction is key and these two employees ensure that is upheld.

Beds could do with replacing after several years of staying at the hotel. Coffee and tea making facilities would be nice in the rooms (as previously).
