Weve been forced to stay as no alternative where find

The complex location was good

The villa wasnt located near the shore as described in the add, even there was no sea view. One of the bathrooms was without water heater and the sink was almost blacked. No slippers were found in the villa, also most bathrooms we didnt find hand soap. At arrival a bad odors were detected in the ground floor. The staff arrived later and didnt offer alternative accommodation only said that they dont mind offering a refund if we dont like the place but unfortunately we travelled from a far place and didnt accept the offer as we wont find an alternative easily.

The location is very good and the staff were really helpful

The first villa we went to was full of cockroaches and there was no water for 5 hours. The staff were doing their best to fix the issues and after that they suggested to shift to another villa. The second villa was very clean but the master bedroom was quite smaller. The pool is very small not as the picture, it is suitable for younger kids.
