It was a nice time, thanks!

The hotel is very nice, it's cozy and has a perfect location, you can reach many nice places by walk, there is also a metro nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and fresh. We've chosen a room with a balcony, and as the weather was very nice, it was lovely to sit outside with a cup of coffee. There is an open heated pool on the roof top and jacuzzi - must go! It's clean and very nice!

We booked a dinner for a New Year Eve. The food was nice, although I'd say that it was overpriced - 80 euro per person for Lisbon even for a New Year night is too much, there were many restaurants with a smaller price. The dinner took place in the hotel bar area and it wasn't decorated at all, so unlike in the Breakfast area, there was no holiday spirit, just people eating and poor 3 waiters running back and force. But the worst was the singer. Sorry, but she didn't have any voice, nor good ear. It could have been better to have a music in the background rather than such unprofessional live music, it was a torture. But that was one evening only, the rest of our stay was very nice!

Staff was extremely helpful and nice! The hotel is also well located within a few minutes walk from 2 large malls (Amoreiras and El Corte Ingles) as well as having the park Eduardo VII a few meters away. AC system works amazingly well!

While the room was stylish and comfortable, the bathroom had no proper ventilating system or enough room to hang towels (meaning we needed new towels every day).

Strange room layout. Kept walking into the mirror, hard to find the toilet in the dark and the toilet roll holder was out of reach and hidden behind the door.

Hotel very clean , breakfast really good and many options. Staff were amazing and helpful help us to do early check in !

No public transport nearby , but if you dont mind to walk is around 30 min walk to city !

A great stay in Lisbon's centre.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The added service of a taxi pick up from the airport was a nice surprise. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty. The property is well situated in proximity to all main communication links and shopping centres. Complimentary drinks and snacks were definitely a bonus.

I was missing a computer desk. While the hotel room was spacious, It would have benefited from a desk on which I could put my laptop and work.

The staff were excellent and so helpful , breakfast was fantastic and airport pick up was a bonus . Room was modern and comfortable and we made use of the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the city . Bit of a walk into city centre but not too bad ( 15 mins)
