This is honestly the best hotel we have ever been to. Service - Exceptional!! Installations are top top!! Breakfast has an incredible variety not to mention the quality of rooms and tranquility. We also ordered food from the room, the "healthy" dishes are so good

Decent, Clean , & obliging staff.

Central location for business. GYM. Room was a decent size. The staff took special measure to resolve and error with booking Dot.com .

Breakfast , could have done a lot more for none meat eating consumers. Been on tour to other hotels that catered fish and vegan. on had fish salmon i day in my entire stay. that is terrible.

The restaurant is very good, especially the menu. The team is very kind with clients. There is a tram station by 5 minutes walk & it is not far from the center!

Awesome hotel

Everything was great from the beginning till the end. To begin with, we got free upgrade with view of inside yard and 10PM light show right from the window. Room had plenty of space, all very clean and like new. Lighting is their feature I guess as there are many user friendly switches to control different light options in the room. Breakfast was awesome with many quality selections (an expectation from high end European hotels). They were kind enough to give us 1 hour late checkout upon request, which enabled us to have a stroll to a museum in the morning and then smooth transition to another hotel next to airport. The light show was amazing. A piece of art. Suggestion to hotel to come up with a rotational program throughout the week or something seasonal e.g., so it is not the same over and over again, even though it is beautiful. Would definitely come back when in Lisbon!

It was fine - nice.

Location was ok. Breakfast was very good but could have had more variety from day to day.

It would have been nice to have been greeted with a glass of champagne when arriving and the rules for using the 5 Euro voucher were stated a little harshly. You really could only use it at the bar.

The Lumen hotel in Lisbone is extremely nice with original architecture, very nice and unique light show, wonderfull restaurant and, above all, an amazing team. We have been delighted to stay there.

Our stay at Lumen Hotel

Our stay at Lumen Hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive, nothing a problem for them to deal with, from the front of house, kitchen and dining, cleaning and room staff. The rooms are very comfortable, it is good to have the choice whether you want your room serviced or not and if you do not, you are given a discount to use in the bar or restaurant. Breakfast is fantastic with a different choice of juices everyday. The light show happens every night and is quite informative and nice to watch. Beautiful patio and pool arrangements. Rooftop bar and pool has a great view of the city and you can see the planes coming in to Portugal. There is a sense of security at the hotel as you need your key to access the room floors. There is a gym with adequate equipment to suit all. Totally enjoyed our stay and with the hotel being central to all transport like the metro, bus, taxi, shops, bars, restaurants, Winter Wonderland, beautiful parks and walks. Very nice break and we will be back.
