Wouldve been better if water didnt malfunction

Staff were really kind and accommodating when it came to issues with the facility

Shower ran out of warm water and was completely freezing which was really bad during a winter vacation

All was great...But

The hotel location is great, just a little yay walk to downtown. Rooms are like a Camper's/ Hiker's dorm as it has a hammock, very cool.

The bed was uncomfortable. It was made of Memory Foam and sleeping was fairly difficult, let alone the memory foam does not cirulate body heat so the bed gets very warm and can be a big sweat sponge.

Very poor

It's a cool hotel with friendly staff. Location was excellent.

Parking was a little tight. For the price we paid the water pressure was horrible, not very hot water, the bed was not a king and mattress was awful. Again cool hotel but for the price we paid I have stayed in much nicer spots with more consistent amenities.

Very good

Location, price and vibe of hotel are all amazing. Great to have coffee shop in lobby and staff is extremely friendly.

I feel like the bathroom needs more surface area to have things like makeup, hair dryer etc. Also a few more hooks would have been great. Bed was a bit hard and sheets were not the softest. Think the room needs a rug or something especially in the winter months.

A bright clean haven in Alpine beauty for a restful stay

VERY clean. Room quite large. Its a bit zen. Clean lines, bright, utilitarian but not starkly so. Clearly a haven at the end of a great time out in the town or surrounding area.

I did check in on line as per messages and email which went well. But I wasnt sure about parking and a few qxs. I didnt readily see the lil barista bar was also actually front desk and for maybe 1 minute nobody was there (he was helping another guest). However he was excellent and parking card etc were waiting in the room. That had not been mentioned in messages for newbies. Might be good to communicate that after someone finishes the online check in and gets room # and door code.

I appreciated the spacious room, keyless entry, and flexible sleeping arrangements for our family with teens. I most appreciated the central location to the town center and trail access. The free parking was made available and clarified availability y staff - this was essential on a festival weekend>

It did seem quite expensive - but understable for the festival weekend and booking less than two weeks out to accommodate my family with teens.

Superb

We did not have breakfast, but we had coffee drinks! They were great and cool that they were made by the staff and it gave us a chance to chat while they were making them.

The outdoor beer garden area needs some sprucing up.
