Wonderful!

Such a lovely place to stay. Huge comfortable room and lovely shower. The manager Gabriel was fantastic, helpful and caring. We were well looked after. Would highly recommend.

Love the room being a bit not flexible with meals at the price commanded would have been preferred.

The building itself was amazing! The rooms are great - very spacious and excellent facilities.

I do take done responsibility as I didnt read the fine print when I booked - you have to do the Michelin star meal. In hindsight next time we would most likely not do this. It would have been better to just get what we would have wanted.

Very scenic and comfortable. Gabriel and Sonia were the highlight of our trip to the UK. Very pleasant and attentive to our needs. By far our favorite place we stayed!

If the rest of the staff act to like Gabriel, the hotel is a winner

Gabriel was an excellent upfront person to meet when you entered the building The guy is a star

The cleaners, trying to get into my room at 8.50 in the morning and not even knocking to coming in. and then smirking. that was worse part of the whole experience at the hotel. not what I was expecting from a hotel of that stature.

Peaceful, romantic getaway

Food was excellent, professional and attentive staff. Has made me consider the premise as a wedding venue. Close enough to the city for other amenities and far enough for peaceful and tranquility
