Superb

Good stay for the money

The property is very close to the main attractions, breakfast was really good. The quadruple room was spacious enough for 4 women and all our makeup and outfits.

Even though it was clean and towels were changed daily, the bathroom had mold/mildew growing from the ceiling.

Super location but some mosquito inconveniences

The location was super. In the middle of the center and at a very nice junction of canals. It makes a good home base for a multi day city trip from where you can walk to nearly all places of interest. The breakfast was also nice.

There were a lot of small mosquito's and stains on the walls because of people trying to kill them. In hindsight, there was a device in the room that supposedly should have repelled them, but we didn't realize and only found out on the last day of our stay.

The hotel was better than expected, value for money especially for the location of the hotel which was conveniently very close to Piazza San Marco! The staff was great and very helpful, and the hotel is located in a very pretty and picturesque spot!

Wonderful staff and breakfast with a humble room.

The staff and the breakfast were amazing. It was a wonderful location away from the busy town center, but perfect walking distance to rialto bridge and to st marks square and all the shops.

Our bathtub was clogged and it wouldn't drain and the power outlets couldn't support multiple devices and so it ruined my CPAP machine. Staff fixed the shower right away though so that was great.

Exceptional

The view from the window is incredible, 15 minutes to the center by bus, I recommend the fish shop nearby. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean.

I enjoyed my stay and the area felt safe.

Rooms were nice. The breakfasts were wonderful.

Could have used thicker pillows and a thicker extra blanket like a comforter.

Good location for San Marco Piazza and the Grand Canale

Location to San Marco Piazza and the breakfast served by a gracious lady. My room was quiet and it was good to be able to open the shutters & windows for some fresh air.

Walking up 4 flights of stairs every time I wanted to go out & came back to my room! After walking many kilometres every day all around Venezia, the 4 flights of stairs to the top floor, was quite exhausting. The polite young man at reception did help me carry my small suitcase up the stairs when I checked in. I do think the fact that there are so many stairs should be mentioned on the website. I know it is a very old building and there is no lift. Also, as there was no kettle in the room to make coffee early in the morning,, I walked down the stairs to the area where there was a kettle. There was no water in it, but after exploring, I found the toilets & filled up the kettle. I boiled up the water, but there was no milk for the coffee and there was no coffee. Possibly this area could be better equipped.
