Pretty much everything!! Room overlooked the Grand Canal. Very attentive staff.

Not overly sound proof. Could hear neighbor with crying baby the last night we stayed.

Huge balcony type windows with a gorgeous view of the grand canal. The size of the room and the beds arrangements. There was a couch as well. The toiletries are good quality.

Best place to stay in Venice!

Amazing location and beautiful and spacious apartment. Definitely get the apartment! Its right on the Grand Canal. Breakfast is also delicious and very convenient.

- Friendly staff - Great view and location - Breakfast was simple but adequate Note: you will need to go up a reasonable amount of stairs to reach reception (staff were very kind to help us with our luggage up and down, however it may also depend on who is present on the day and whether they will be able to help)

- No sound proofing - can hear our neighbours very clearly

Location and staff were perfect. Staff were really helpful. Location was near a ferry/bus stop. Loads of good restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the big attractions.

We had a room overlooking a tributary canal and it was very noisy.

Beautiful property in an excellent location!! We had a canal view room and it was well worth the money. Room was comfortable with everything you might need.
