Exceptional

Perfect location. The staff went over and above and were very kind. They asked what we were interested in doing in Venice during our stay and gave suggestions and a map where to find it. Better than a YouTube video.

There was no iron in the room.

A jewel of a place in this wonderful city.

The location was great. Giada was super super friendly. I was surprised and delighted to find a pleasant note on my arrival, apologising for the misunderstanding with regards to 3rd floor rooms with no lift. She had left me a wonderful panettone! I was sooo appreciative and it was delicious! Not sure if my mum is going to get any of it! Lol Staff at breakfast were also very helpful and polite. Giada also went out of her way to find us a possible gondola/boat ride to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. I love this exceptional customer service. It makes me happy and makes me want to return. Despite no lift! Haha Thank you again.

I mean, yes, I have disabilities so the lift would have been perfect. It was very difficult with my asthma but other than that everything was great.

The staff were really wonderful and super kind and helpful. In the beginning they provided us with a map of the city and various suggestions regarding the places to visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Also at the end of the stay after checkout, they helped us with holding the luggage for a few hours before our departure.

Friendly, clean and walking distance to everything.

Very clean family run property in the heart of Venice. Felt very safe, close to excellent restaurants and walking distance to everything. On check-in we were given a map with everywhere we wanted to go and local recommendations- just fantastic.

Location is very good.

Staircase to third floor for elderly people, not easy. Breakfast could be better.

The location

The room was not where we had booked, it was in a nearby building. And the bathroom, it was private but not in the room. The bathroom does not meet the conditions to be a hotel, it is full of stains dampness and a broken sink. It was not breathable or hygienic.
