PHENOMENAL Experience. Blew our expectations out of the water.

I'm not even exaggerating when I say everything about this unit was amazing. The property management company was incredibly helpful and attentive to our requests. I really appreciated the ease of the digital guide book they provided. This was the cleanest rental unit I've ever stayed in. It made it so easy to relax and get cozy. Everytime time I pulled out an appliance or dish, I swore it was the first time it had ever been used. Spotless! The condo itself was very nice and included so many little touches we weren't even expecting e.g., Toto toilet, filtered hot and cold water, google play music system, lots of informative labels.

Excellent!

The property is very clean and up to date. I finally met someone that loves the label maker as much as I do. it was extremely helpful in so many way. The property has everything you need and more. cant wait to stay here again. The only recommendation I would make is to update the comforter but that is only my preference.

location, modern features, quiet, great lighting.Toto toilet, reserved parking, communication from management company

mattress was too hard, TVs turn to Dr Phil and CNN every 30 minutes. a throw on sofa would be nice.

heater did not work. very cold apartment at night. faster Several complaints, staff tried to fix it but could not do it. I asked for a partial refund (you can not sleep without proper heat system) and only received less than 4% of total cost. not acceptable

it was perfect for a couple with two kids. The kitchen is the highlight!

extremely well decorated and with good care, well equipped, new appliances, organized, clean, new, well located, easy parking space! good surprise!

We would definitely stay at Little Nell Condo #3 again!

Loved everything about this modern, spotless, comfortable and newly renovated condo that was very well equipped. Location perfecta quiet residential area within walking distance of everything Aspen has to offer.
