Guests loved the beautiful lobby, live piano music, and delicious buffet during their Christmas stay. Another couple enjoyed the friendly staff, spacious and clean room, and good water pressure in th (Read More)e shower. Despite a bed mix-up, the front desk went above and beyond to book them a room at a sister hotel. Others praised the hotel's cleanliness, comfortable beds, friendly service, and tasty food. One guest was impressed with the customer service at the on-site coffee shop. The hotel also earned respect for returning a lost cash gift. Overall, the Little America Hotel Salt Lake City exceeded expectations and is highly recommended.

Really nice hotel, but they need to upgrade their beds

It was really nice to have all the amenities right there at the hotel.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and didn't sleep much at all because of it.

I loved the ambiance and the atmosphere. It was a lovely stay because everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the temperature was easy to change.

Paying $18 for parking was a rip off because I've never had to pay for parking in the past.

Again our favorite place to stay. The kids love the pool and we love the atmosphere.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff and facilities are excellent. The Cafe is delicious and the atmosphere for the holidays was simply amazing. This is our go to when visiting Salt Lake City.

There isn't much dislike here. Be aware that there is an additional charge for parking and it's not minimal. Also the garden rooms are slightly dated although they are very clean and very well maintained. We had a couple of issues with our room but I'm confident they will be addressed before our next stay.

Disappointing

Bad stay at our favorite hotel.

Best location fo staying downtown. Beautiful and comfortable.

It was filthy. The first thing we saw was moth smashed into the curtains, then our view out the window was of about half a dozen diapers that someone threw onto the roof one floor below us. There was a white leather chair in our room that looked completely shredded , and the lampshades and walls had brown spots everywhere. The tile in the bathroom needed to be resealed and all of the furniture had sticky spots all over it. It was like a giant soda exploded and no one cleaned it up. Also, almost every staff member seemed miserable, and it was 12/26 so Im sure they had their reasons for being rude/low energy, but we always look forward to staying at the little America because of the excellent service and attention to detail, which were both in short supply.
