Though the front desk and kitchen staff were (Read More) nice, some housekeepers were grumpy. They suggested having pet-free rooms for those with allergies. Review 2: The reviewer had a great stay and loved the spectacular view from their room. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great shower. They enjoyed the easy beach access, warm pool/hot tub, and good continental breakfast. The friendly and helpful front desk staff made the stay even better. Review 3: The reviewer had a wonderful time at the hotel and commended the staff, particularly Dean, for their hard work. They appreciated the great breakfast, nightly chowder and cookies, 24-hour juice bar, and fully-equipped kitchen in their room. The grilling area and beach view were also mentioned positively.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms! We will absolutely be coming back to stay again!

The breakfast was great! The staff were awesome! The gentleman who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. We relayed a slight complaint about the dog next to our room and he was so sweet and called to address the situation. He was so kind about it and didn't make us feel bad at all for complaining. It really felt like he cared that we had a peaceful time and was happy to support the non disturbance rule and enforce it to the other guests. The cookies and chowder were such a fun touch. We can't wait to book another stay! Thank you!

We loved everything about the stay other than the dog in the room next to us. It barked quite a bit. The guests clearly left the dog alone because once we heard the people come back. The dog stopped barking as much. It was frustrating because we were getting away to relax and sleep/rest and the dog just kept barking loudly and really disturbed our stay. We will absolutely be staying again on our next trip to Lincoln City!

Alicia at the desk was amazing. She was super sweet and made our stay perfect! We loved our king suite room it was perfect. We had an ocean view with a nice soaking tub. It was a great Christmas getaway.

I didn't like how the pictures didn't match the room description. I was upgraded to the king suite because I fooled it into what I booked. Please make sure you call the hotel first to see what you're actually booking.

Call before traveling to confirm what you paid for!

Room was smaller than anticipated, but the bed was super comfortable, bathroom was very clean and nice with the granite walls, nice touches throughout. Overall I'd give the room itself an 8.5 out of 10.

I paid for and was promised a ocean view room. The desk receptionist stated it was booking.com's fault that the room and price were incorrect and that the room had no view but I could call booking.com to iron it or I could cancel and pay $80 more to get a room with a view. Keep in mind it was a slow Monday night at 9pm. 2 vending machines, one only takes $1 bills, the other takes cards but gave errors messages.

Booking had wrong room info with listing. I had to spend an hour trying to fix and charged extra. I would have went down street to better room and hotel but they wouldnt refund, I got a decent room but paid over $200.

I look forward to coming back.

The whole facility was wonderful. We enjoyed our room, the full kitchen, and most of all the amazing balcony and view. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. My daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! We traveled with a dog and were greeted and treated like we belonged there.

I do not have criticism. We were happy with our full experience.

I wanted to get a gift certificate as a Christmas present and I was told they didn't do them kinda weriod there loss just wanted someone else to experience such a great place
