The only downside mentioned is the air conditioning not working properly. Overall, it is considered a fantastic hotel with a great location near shops and the beach.

Good pool and beach facilities, food is very good. Different food every day so you wont get bored.

First as we entered the room, there was around 100 ants crawling in the hot tub. I just rinsed them down, they returned. The next day I found 20-30 ants crawling on my babys face and around us in the beds. We were left with RASHES all over our legs and a rash on babys face. I complained and they came to clean the room. The next day the ants returned. They changed our room and in the new room we didnt have any issues with the ants. Also as stated on booking.com all rooms include air conditioners, however the air conditioners werent working and the room temperature got up to 27.2 degrees. This temperature is very dangerous for a baby to sleep in. After contacting reception about this issue they said The air conditioners are turned off in the winter season even though the daily temperatures were as high as 28 - 29 degrees, as a fix we were told to open the balcony doors which was ridiculous. We requested a late check out at 18:00 as our flight was at 22:00. Segiz the front desk manager was very helpful, he offered me to check out at 16:00 for free however as I had a baby I needed a later check out at 18:00, due to this they charged me 50 for 2 hours even though they could have offered it for free due to the issues we had with the room. This is the best part, after all the above trouble I was asked by Segiz to leave a 10/10 review on booking.com, how insane is this. This is my 8th time staying in Antalya with Limak Lara and it is one of the worst stays I have ever had. Its a shame that the hotel cleanliness and customer service has had a huge decline.

Every single thing in the hotel was good but the food isnt one of them,dont go there if you like to eat

The room was comfortable although a little old The staff were amazing they helped us we asked for And the private beach of course was clean and well organized

There was about 5 restaurants in the hotel and the least i can say about the food on all of them is subpar the quality of it was not good the meat specially wasnt tasty at all I couldnt eat it ,

My stay was ok, not that great as i had expected it to be,

The Breakfast needs to be improved a lot, compared to other all inclusive hotels in Antalya, there was no fresh juices the main dishes did not have variety and the closing time of the main Buffet was very short, like dinner closed at 10pm breakfast closed at 10.30 am

The breakfast, lunch and dinner could have been better, the snacks in the pool area also did not have Burgers, Sandwiches and Pizza a favorite with children also many of the dishes on the menu were not available in the pool area. the ambiance in the reception should be improved.
