Comfortable, clean,amazing view on the beach

Dana at reception made my stay exceptional, thank you so much I was in Israel at this hard time to help a friend. I needed to rest a lot and this is what I did thanks to an amazing bed, a soundproof room and lovely staff. The breakfast was really good and the terrace was amazing.

There was no kettle in the room but they provided me with a coffee machine on day 2

Good location and couldve been a great stay but the service at the hotel was very poor

The location was really good. There is a lot of construction in that area but it is walking distance from all the Tel Aviv attractions

They upgraded us to a room that turned out to have no hot water and after an hour trying to call the reception to see what they can do we got very dry responses and kept having to call so we can shower to get to dinner. They ended up moving us to a smaller room on a lower floor so in the mornings all we heard was construction. And the final straw was that the room wasnt cleaned after I asked the manager of the hotel to send room cleaning service. Overall the hotel and everything is good just the service was horrible

I came back and booked another stay here solely because of the kindness of the staff (especially Danielle)! She should get a raise and promotion.

Only complaint is the gym was in very bad shape and the basic equipment like barbells were missing. I chose this hotel because I wanted a gym and was disappointed other than that 5 stars

I was greeted by Danielle at the front desk and her smile wiped away the darkness from the day. Super helpful with everything and had lots of patience dealing with the Situation and guests. Good customer service is rare in israel and this place exceeds expectations. Will return

The interior design is well-done, and the full-view room was enjoyable.

The staff left much to be desired. They were unhelpful, consistently displayed a negative attitude, and seemed to act as if they were doing guests a favor. Check-in was unreasonably slow, and the manager, Sean, exhibited a discourteous disposition. The girl in charge of brunch greeting was also unwelcoming. It appears that there may be a lack of supervision for the staff, which could explain their behavior. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness was subpar, possibly due to the lack of oversight. We initially planned for a 3-day stay but shortened it to two. To make matters worse, the telephone, air conditioning, and refrigerator were malfunctioning, requiring us to interact with the unfriendly reception staff to resolve these issues. If the hotel employed more amicable personnel, the stay might have been more tolerable, but dealing with the existing staff proved to be quite a headache.
