Great location for seeing LA. We enjoyed the roominess of the accommodations, the full size gym and pool. The staff was very helpful during our stay.

The area is very nice except that the smell of smoke and something else is very strong that even we ate inside we can sm

It is very accessible to the famous tourist spots that we want to visit and the rooms are very spacious.

The smell of smoke and something else! We can smell it even inside our rooms. That's the reason why I couldn't recommend this place.

Superb Location, staff, views, parking , food and smell ( is smth. that always define that is clean)

Room, views, location, staff, parking, food nearby, clean, simply the best. Kitchen had all items you need to feel at home really, is a place i would definetely go back too for a longer period as it feels cozy as home

Hmm maybe the window opener tool to be replaced but this is me beeing extremely picky, really nothing bad and nothing to not like at this property

I've never written a hotel review before but this was probably the worst hotel I've ever experienced

The beds were okay

The hotel room itself was $450 for one night, so I expected the hotel to be decent. My sister and I both had our cars - Right across the street was $12 overnight parking but desk clerk said our vehicles would get vandalized for sure and to use their underground. So I'm filling out the form for parking and it says $50 for valet and I assume self-park is less. Desk clerk says that was the old pricing, so $50/car = $100 for both of us to park for one night (so now $550 for one night here). Room was very basic and cold. We both planned on showering (to warm up) and washing our hair before dinner but there was no hot water. Next morning, no coffee, no coffee maker, no kettle. When I checked out, the front desk said you had to "request" a coffee maker in advance. When I complained about the hot water, he didn't act surprised at all (i.e. he knew they had no hot water) and offered to cut me a break on the parking. Wtf? Long story short - this place is a scam. Stay away.

If youre looking for a place in DTLA (near the arts district, Grammy museum) - you will not be disappointed if you choo

I thought for sure it was a scam because the price seemed too good to be true. The suites were amazing and had all the things you need: pots, pans, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, washer/dryer, etc. The outdoor area on the 4th floor was perfect - ping pong, basketball court, pool and BBQ grills with lots of seating. They even have an outdoor movie theater (for an extra charge).
