Guests enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Leonardo Hotel Sheffield with clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Some noted issues with cleanliness and breakfast but overall a positive experience. The (Read More) reception staff were efficient and friendly, offering complimentary drinks for inconveniences. Good value for money, convenient location near the train station and other amenities. Booking parking in advance is recommended. Would recommend staying and returning in the future.

Exceptional

Relaxing and very comfortable stay. Excellent value for money.

Spacious room ( superior room), very clean and most importantly extremely quiet ( I stayed on a Monday night)

Seemed to be a lack of staff. No one at the bar to get a coffee, and waited almost 20 mins for someone to check the lock on my door because my key card was not working. Waiting was not a problem on this occasion, but this could be a problem on another occasion, when time is in short supply.

Ceiling leaking in front of bedroom door, with bucket. Could have designated different room. Limited menu choice in bar restaurant

Very good

Great room and location, avoid the expensive breakfast costs.

Size and comfort of room was very good. Very clean. Location perfect.

When I enquired about adding breakfast the hotel tried to charged me for 50 for 2 days for 1 person which is outrageous price. I refused to pay that and bought breakfast in the centre.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was comfortable and the food was good. The staff were very helpful.

Sometimes the key cards deactivated but the reception staff sorted this out.

Very good

Having WiFi within the hotel helped me to be in touch with family and the room was big enough, had an iron and ironing board and so much light in the room and the staff was nice and when I requested them to phone me a taxi to get to the church programme and come back and it all happened in time staff are full of smiles happy to help when asked to access the services, the bed was comfy and clean
