Great city centre Hotel with all the amenities and comfort you could want

The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful and rooms are very spacious and comfy. We had an executive club lounge room and the food and drinks offered in the club lounge were very good, lots of choice and the included breakfast was good too. You can hire a large umbrella in the lobby. On site gino d'campo restaurant was very nice.

Everything was perfect. Very welcoming staff, cosy and Christmassy. The chef was so attentive. He went round every table at breakfast. A very good touch/service.

Room was good, have stayed many times over the years - Beds very good

Breakfast was simply shocking The worst I have ever had in my travels. The Marriott was always excellent for breakfast but this mornings Was simply atrocious. It certainly was not fresh - shocking

Just what we needed. Easy to get into town and service very good.

Room had everything we needed and bed was comfortable and clean. Food in the restaurant was gorgeous and service in the hotel and restaurant was very good. No complaints at all. Even though we were on the street side, it was quiet with the double glazing fitted over the original windows which we could still open if we wanted a little air. All in all a good stay and we will definitely return.

Bathroom was a little small and toilet was temperamental to flush but we soon discovered a technique that worked. Bathroom was very clean though and had all the toiletries and more that you might need.

Great Hotel

Loved the location and that the chef came into the restaurant at breakfast and spoke to every table to see if they were happy with their food and if they needed anything else, a lovely touch.

The bedroom was too warm . Not enough milk in the room for tea and coffee's
