They are very spacious modern luxurious rooms, they have their like the comfortable bed the elation with all its diversity and hot water, right? It also has its refrigerator, its coffee maker, it has the television, the Wi-Fi, everything is very good, very luxurious. The attention has been very good upon arrival in what is the hotel very good except that you have to carry the suitcases up many stairs and stones . excellent.

Clean. Very comfortable. Lots of creature comforts - coffee, tea, housecoats, slippers, all kinds of supplies. Elegant too. Beautifully designed. Steps to everything in the Old Town but still very quiet. Great service!! Friendly, helpful, accommodating, very customer oriented. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!!

The room was lovely well decorated with a great view of the Dubrovnik rooftops! The bath tub was a fun addition!

The emails before the visit specifically did not offer luggage service and the day of got an email offering the service! It took time and extra money to solve that problem before arriving. We did use their luggage service which was great. Communication was not good. Directions on how to enter the city would be helpful as lots of steps are a part of the journey.

Great location and comfortable stay

Really appreciated the small touches - every thing you needed was there. Great location too and liked being able to contact via WhatsApp

Not a big deal but the fridge is quite loud. Too loud to sleep with so we unplugged it but that means that our water wasnt kept cold by the morning

The rooms were good, the location is very good, it is inside the old town, everything is within walking distance.

There is no elevator in the hotel and to get to the hotel you have to walk, they cannot leave you at the door. For people who have a lot of suitcases, I recommend not staying in the old town because you have to climb a lot of stairs, it is better to stay outside where you can arrive with all your luggage and not have to walk far to get to the hotel. Also checkout is at 10 am which is very early.

The location is really good

The cleanliness was horrible, we almost thought maybe they forgot to clean the room if it wasnt for the made up bed. Hairs in the bed and shower, had visits from 2 cockroaches, poop stains in the toilet and White stains on the curtain (I dare anyone to bring a blacklight in there). Maybe our expectations were to high but for the price they should be. Also it says "view over the city" our window looked right into a brickwall.
