Very good

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I like that there was a lot of parking available, and that it was in a good location. Close to everything that we wanted to do!

The pool could be a bit deeper. In the morning when the breakfast ran out, it was not replaced right away, there was about a 10-15 minute wait on food.

Very good

The first room we were assigned to had a very bad odor. It smelled like a wet dog or sewer smell. I went to the front Desk that next morning and the lady at the front desk got us a new room right away. She was very accommodating! I didnt get her name but I like to thank her for all her help.

Superb

A comfortable, clean place thats well placed.

It was well situated, very clean, and the room was large enough for us and our dog. It was convenient to get to a shopping mall, they provided a simple dinner and nice breakfast, both free. The staff at check in was excellent, helpful, and was welcoming of our dog. She was also helpful with ideas about transportation. The place was organized and people were all busy and courteous.

Very close to the hospital and the staff was very nice.

Every time we stay here we hear doors slamming all night and running through the hallways. This time there were dogs barking. Also people talking very loud in the middle of the night.

Disappointed, try an alternative.

Clean enough.

Breakfast staff coughing multiple times into the air, over the breakfast. Not covering his mouth. A chesty (sick) cough. Grumpy and all over the food (felt like he was standing behind us all the time, even when we changed sides). Rooms are not sound proof. Very loud. Fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate in the cold. Complained about Breakfast issue and no response from the hotel. They also provide only styrofoam cups for coffee in the morning, disgustingly unhealthy.
