When we got there to check in the front desk gentleman was ruda. He had been clearly checking in other families. He told me and a gentleman behind me our rooms were not available. I ask him if i could go ahead a pay for our rooms. He found the three rooms under one booking in my name but said all rooms must be pais separate because I losted my adult children on their rooms as instructed. He then proceeded to tall me to call booking.com. i ask him if our rooms would still be there we were going to the game. He replied if i was back before 11. I told him i did not think that is possible. He told me to call booking.com. on the way to tje game I called booking.com and tje lady told me he was incorrect they will hold our rooms and since it was one confirmation. Number in my name, i could pay with one card. She also told me i should be able to change it on line. I did that on the way to the game. We drove straight back to the hotel and there were two ladies there. They were very nice. The older lady said our rooms were fine until 2 not 11. We ended up with three rooms on three different floors. Despite asking for them together. One was clearly a handicapped room. Upon check out the gentleman was at the desk. I ask him name.
