Great location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. They helped us organize taxis, transfers, and even a day excursion to Las Rosarios Islands. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE and a highlight of our stay.

It was not clear that one of the rooms we had booked had an entrance on the street (not from within the hotel). This made it a bit uncomfortable getting in out and of the room, especially late at night. Unfortunately, when we tried to change rooms there weren't any other available.

Nice stay in center of Cartagena

Very nice hotel in the center of the city. Close to shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars, and more. I had a spacious room with balcony overlooking histrionic streets. People at reception were very nice and helpful.

First morning I was waiting on breakfast for 10 minutes, without anybody even acknowledging my presence; let alone saying good morning or would you like a cup of coffee?. So I decided to eat at other places, despite breakfast being included.

Wonderful experience for our first time in Cartagena

The location was perfect. The room we stayed in was cute and clean. Understanding that this is an old building so theres a certain aesthetic about it. Tatiana at the front desk was phenomenal! Shes a great resource for anything you need.

Steep stairs leading up to the rooftop so be prepared for that. Breakfast was mediocre. Glad they offer it but its not anything phenomenal.

Our room was huge and comfortable. The room was very clean. Some of the bathrooms toilet may need an upgrade but otherwise it was great service and great location.

Beautiful, comfortable, enjoyable!

Beautiful hotel, very unique rooms (specially the open bathrooms!!), loved the rooftop pool. The staff is super friendly and it has a perfect location. Comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I didnt like is that breakfast is served in the rooftop and you have to climb a few stairs to get there, the last ones very steep and narrow - not recommended if you have mobility restrictions
