Pleasant hotel in good location. The staff were very nice.

We had a seafront room which was very nice. Unbeknown to us the rooms are only serviced every other day. Therefore we were surprised to come back after our day out to an unmade bed and no clean towels! Reception staff quickly gave us clean towels when requested. There was an error when we left when the receptionist said we had only paid for 1 night but was soon rectified with a refund. The breakfast was very good. On the whole a very pleasant stay.

Rooms not made up daily. Lift was a bit antiquated/slow. Restaurant not open in the evening.

The bathroom was surprisingly nice.

The room was one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It was freezing because there was a draft from the large windows. The heating went off at 11 pm and didnt come back on until around 7 am in the morning so it was unbearably cold in the room. There was also a wooden splinter in the bed.

Dirty bedsheets pillows were stained dirty shower I reported it at reception and the reply back I got was youre not getting a refund what else can we do for you WOW

Leaving. I took my six year old for a two day break that hes not treated us to, and I was very disappointment
